Hye everyone,
I installed Eraser 6 today on Win XP SP 3 and Win 7. On both systems - when I want to erase files - I sometimes get the same failure message "Erasure Shell Extension - Eraser cannot connect to the running instance for erasure" What does this mean and how can I fix this?
The strange thing is that it sometimes works fine and sometimes not. Is it really necessary that Eraser starts automatically with Windows? Because I deactivated it.
Will there be a portable version of Eraser 6 like as for Eraser 5.8?
Thx for your support.
