Eraser and 64 bit Windows 7

I have had previous versions of Eraser working, but after installing the latest version, Windows gives an "Eraser not working" error message when starting. I checked the FAQ and it says it may be a "task list file" error in localappsdata. I can not find localappsdata on my computer after doing a search. I have Windows 7 64 bit. Can you offer more help. Thanks.

In the manual, it also states that you can delete the registry key HKCU\Software\Eraser\Eraser 6. That's the other place where it may cause this problem.

How do I run Windows 7 in parallel on a machine running Linux natively? I have a machine running Windows 7 right now. I want to run a Linux OS natively and have it run windows in parallel. Can I do this without re-downloading Windows?
