Eraser causes windows error message

After about 5 minutes of scanning a windows error message appears.
The details are roughly as follows

C:\Docume~1\F\Locals~1\Temp\WER7d0c.dir00\eraser.exe.mdmp

C:\Docume~1\F\Locals~1\Temp\WER7d0c.dir00\appcompat.txt

I even tried in safe mode and same happens. I would appreciate suggestions. Thanks

eraser error

yeh mine stops erasing about 6% into the program running.iv e done checkdisc cleaned comp,everything.i reformatted and renewed everything on xp ,program wise.cant understand why it wont wk now.......could someone plz give me some suggestions. :?:
