Eraser doesn't open anymore after changing language

I've used the latest version of Eraser for quite some time, and decided to try it in another language.
I changed it and closed the software to restart it. Since then, it doesn't open anymore. I see it briefly appearing in the task manager, but then disappearing after one second.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but it doesn't seem to change anything. What can I do?

There might be some bug in that language. I think it won't open in another language until and unless the bug gets fixed.
If that is so, shouldn't a reinstall fix the problem? I've tried doing so, but it still won't open up, even if I don't select that language to be installed.
By the way, in case it would be useful for debugging purposes, the language in question is Italian.
