Eraser has stopped working

I have installed and uninstalled eraser 3 times now, but when I run it I get a message - Eraser has stopped working. Can anyone help?

Please read the FAQ post 'Common Eraser Questions'. The first thing you should do is delete the Task List file, which is described in that post.

Well no - the obvious place was here:

faq.php

however as with most website searches google is usually better and I did find that - thanks for the help.

The correct link is in my signature. The link to the Eraser FAQ is also in the header to the Support Forum. You went to the Forum FAQ (i.e how to use the Forum rather than how to use Eraser).
