Eraser opens for a split second then quits

I havent had Eraser working for well over a year. It just opens and quits. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I keep asking here in the hope of getting an answer one day.
 
Can you give more information - for example what does it say in the windows event log?
What version are you using? Have you tried older versions?
 
Version is 6.2.0.2992

I am not familiar with the event viewer. I just launched Eraser and it quit in last 5 mins so I have grabbed this from EV let me know which bits to get.

No I haven't tried older versions
