Eraser opens then quits

Because Eraser would quit straight after I opened it I uninstalled then reinstalled but it still does it.

Do you see any errors in the windows event log? What OS are you running and is it fully patched?

Errm. No idea what the log is but will have a loo. Windows 10. What does fully patched mean?

Trying to add image but get 'the upload failed because the temporary directory is missing.
