Eraser (tmp file)

When Eraser is wiping the unused hard drive space, it does create a tmp file... where is that file located.

The .tmp file is created on the drive you are erasing. That is what Eraser uses to overwrite the drive.

Great, is that C:\.tmp or is it in the Eraser folder.

Yeah C:\.tmp or whatever drive letter you are erasing.

It's actually something like C:\ERSFWD.TMP, I can't remember exactly.

I believe it's ~ERAFSWD.TMP
