I downloaded and installed the latest Eraser onto my Windows 7 computer. I selected to do the delete of unused space including cluster tips. The process started and then seemed to stall halfway, when I checked the log file it was stuck on trying to delete the pagefile.sys and hiberfile.sys. Fortunately it wasn't able to as Windows had the files locked. So now I am wondering how do I run an unused free space clean if it's going to keep trying to delete my page file and hibernation file?
