Eraser Uninstall Question???

I recently installed Eraser57 on my XP Pro. Ran into some problems during installation. Have uninstalled and want to do a clean install. When I run a search for Eraser I still find a folder with a file in it. The file is EraserSetup.asc showing 194bytes. Can I safely delete the folder and this file in it., and then do a clean install???
 
The file contains only a digital signature, so yes, it is safe to delete the file and the folder.
