Erasing gets stuck around 10 %

Hi. Im trying to erase all free space with eraser. However, everytime I try, it seems it gets stuck around 10 % of the erasing. Why is this? What could it be?

Im using the 6.0.1.0 version

I'm using it as administrator, I have tried with different erasing methods

Can you run a chkdsk on the drive as it seems there might be an error. It could be that eraser is sticking on a bad sector.
Also turn off any anti virus app before erasing.
