Hi there
I've used both eraser 5.8 and also the latest version of Eraser...2 days ago, I used Eraser to erase a few video files which were more than 10gb in size using the "35-passes" option and it was able to complete the tasks perfectly as usual but yesterday when I used it again to delete off a small file, a Notepad .txt file to be exact, eraser's progress stucks as 23% and takes a really really really long time to complete and me having to force-terminate the program.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled both versions of Eraser and yet it's giving me the same problem...any insight into this is greatly appreciated, thank you
