Erasing Unused Disk Space

I am a new user and am having trouble finding how to do this in the documentation.

Can someone give me a pointer?
 
Here's how....

ERASER makes it easy. Just go to My Computer and highlight the drive you want to erase freespace from. Right click and you will see "Erase unused space" - select your wiping method in options - and click "OK".... that's it! Good luck....
