error files wont delete

Hi i have installed eraser and tried to delete one folder of documents but got the following message.
Session: Sunday, 14 October 2012 3:44:19 p.m.
Sunday, 14 October 2012 3:44:19 p.m. Error The file system on the drive R: is not supported.

what does this mean and what can i do?
