Can you give details of the error, please? It is possible that the original failed install is bocking further installations, but it is difficult to be sure without knowing what error you are getting.
After installing I try to open and I can't. This is msg that comes up "Eraser has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
