Error using 5.8.7 - Erasing unused diskspace.

When I try to Erase unused space on one of my discs it gives a error message:

InvokeCommand Failed. hr= 80070057

I run a XP system, and using eraser Eraser 5.8.7 - Help anyone?

And is it possible to Erase unused space more locally then single disks? Or wipting single folders or documents?

How are you trying to erase the unused space? From Eraser? Windows Explorer?

You can erase individual files/folders, like a Secure Delete function, but you cannot erase unused space other than as a drive (because what constitutes "unused"?)
