existing tasks and upgrade to 8.52

Hi
I want to upgrade to version 8.52 but I will have to uninstall the 8.5 version first. How can I backup the existing tasks that I have created.
And how do I activate/import them in the 8.52 version.

I found the answer myself (yippeyahee).
File - Export. I found that before but did not know you had to remove the * before the extension and give it a name.

I found that you can export all the tasks by selecting only one task
