Here are the steps to export emails from Outlook Web App (OWA) to a PST file using the Outlook desktop app:​

  • Open Outlook on your desktop.
  • Go to File > Account Settings > Add Account.
  • Enter your OWA email address and credentials to add the account.
  • In Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
  • Select Export to a file, then Next.
