Export Exchange 2007 Contacts to PST Format

Exchange Server offers Commands to export Exchange contacts to PST format to Open in Outlook or other PST supported Email Client. First look on some Powershell command that can help:

New-MailboxExportRequest ABC -FilePath xyz.pst -IncludeFolders "contacts"

abc = Mailbox Name
xyx= Destination PST file path
File Path= EDB file location

Since this command all user contact details such name details as "Name, Address, Job Details, Mobile number, Phone no, Fax and much more to PST. But if Exchange user wants to export only a few items from the list. Then they can Go for Exchange Importer Tool. To Export Few items then a user can Download and follow the below steps:

a) Install and Download Exchange Importer

b) Now Open Software and provide all Admin Exchange Server Credentials to Access the Mailbox to export Contacts Details.
c) Software Will automatically all Mailboxes Details. Select the Desired mailbox.
d) Now Select Only Contact Category and Select Filter.
e) In Contacts Filter select Specific filed to export in PST File format.
f) Now Export the Contacts and Tool Will Display Progress Bar of Export Process.

User not only Export Exchange Contacts to PST Format But user can export Exchange emails, Calenders, Task and Journal Details according to needs via Tool without using any Powershell command.
