Hi all,
I was recently assigned the task of pulling all email addresses from an NSF database file for a client’s newsletter migration. I didn’t need full emails—just the addresses in headers (From, To, CC, BCC). I initially tried writing a script, but it wasn’t accurate or consistent. Then I came across this article: Extract Email Addresses from NSF Files. It recommended using eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter Software, which has a feature to extract email addresses cleanly from all fields. It even lets you preview the data before export, and the results can be saved as CSV or TXT. This saved me hours of work. Has anyone tried doing this via PowerShell or any other automation?
