Finally figured out my original email address and postings.

I did register last September about the same problem which has not been addressed or answered yet.
I'm kinda losing hope.
It was regarding msconfig??
I can't get to msconfig anymore after I loaded and used eraser.
I have since deleted eraser and found a way to get a link to msconfig but still having other problems because of this eraser program??

This sounds like a strange problem, but I can't see how it can be connected to eraser.

You have to have a msconfig, otherwise your computer wouldn't be able to run.

Have you tried typing msconfig in the run box?
