Help cant make floppy duhhhhh

The system cannot find the file specified.
'rawrite2.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

this is what happens

Check the note in the readme file about "Zip Folders". The batch file doesn't run on NT4 either.
