Migrating from Lotus Notes to Outlook can be a challenge because manual methods usually involve multiple steps and don’t always preserve formatting or attachments. I faced the same issue when I needed to move my NSF mailbox to Outlook.
What worked best for me was using eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter Software. It loads the entire NSF file, shows a preview of emails, contacts, calendars, and then lets you export directly into PST. The great part is—it keeps the original formatting, folder hierarchy, and attachments intact. I imported the resulting PST into Outlook, and everything looked exactly as it did in Lotus Notes.
