To convert NSF to PST, you’ll need a tool that can handle Lotus Notes' complex structure. I recently used the eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter, and it worked perfectly. It scanned my NSF file and let me preview all emails, contacts, calendar, etc., before exporting to PST. It even preserved folder hierarchy and attachments.
