Hello,
I cannot find instructions on the main site for erasing the C drive.
My computer has a C drive and D drive. The D drive contains the Recovery Image so I do not want to erase that.
I have done the following:
1. Choose "New Task"
2. Choose "Add Data"
3. Choose: "Drive/Partition" under "Target Type"
4. Select "US DoD" under "Erasure Method"
5. Select "Windows (C):" under "Settings"
6. Click "Ok"
7. Select "Run Immediately" under "Task Type"
8. Click "Ok".
When I do these steps it runs for less than a minute and then gives a message that says "Completed With Errors". When I right click on the task name and select "View Task Log", the error message says "Access is Denied".
Can someone please provide instructions on how to erase the C drive? The Eraser program is currently saved on the C drive.
Let me know if you need any additional information.
