Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on migrating a batch of emails from IBM/HCL Notes to Outlook, and I’m a bit concerned about data loss during NSF to PST conversion. There are thousands of emails, attachments, calendars, contacts, and some encrypted messages – so keeping everything intact is a must.
I’ve heard that manual methods (like using Outlook with Domino Server) can work, but they’re risky and might not preserve formatting or metadata like timestamps, inline images, and folder hierarchy.
Has anyone here successfully converted NSF to PST without losing any data?
After some research and testing, I found that eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter works well. It lets you preview all the NSF content before converting, allows selective folder export, and even handles encrypted NSF files. I tried it on a few sample files and the output PST opened cleanly in Outlook, with the structure and formatting fully preserved.
