How to Convert NSF Files to PST Format Without Any Data Loss?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on migrating a batch of emails from IBM/HCL Notes to Outlook, and I’m a bit concerned about data loss during NSF to PST conversion. There are thousands of emails, attachments, calendars, contacts, and some encrypted messages – so keeping everything intact is a must.
I’ve heard that manual methods (like using Outlook with Domino Server) can work, but they’re risky and might not preserve formatting or metadata like timestamps, inline images, and folder hierarchy.

Has anyone here successfully converted NSF to PST without losing any data?

After some research and testing, I found that eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter works well. It lets you preview all the NSF content before converting, allows selective folder export, and even handles encrypted NSF files. I tried it on a few sample files and the output PST opened cleanly in Outlook, with the structure and formatting fully preserved.

If you have the correct application, it can be easy to convert NSF files to PST format. With TrustVare NSF to PST Converter, users can export Lotus Notes email to PST without losing any emails, contacts, calendars, or attachments. The software has a simple interface, so even people who don't know anything about computers can utilize it. It carefully checks the NSF file and moves all of the mailbox items to PST while keeping the folder structure the same. The utility can also convert a lot of files at once, which saves time when you have a lot of files to convert. Another useful feature is that it keeps the quality and formatting of your data during the process. This means that after the conversion, your information will still be safe, organized, and easy to find in Outlook.
