I‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ was once in a similar problem when I wanted to transfer my Outlook contacts to my phone. You see, Outlook keeps your contacts in a PST file, but phones and most of the email apps require the VCF (vCard) format. If the contact list is not that large, then you can simply do it manually from Outlook by opening a contact and saving it as a vCard.
