How to download all Gmail emails from the past 3 months?

A few months ago, I needed copies of my recent Gmail conversations for work — but searching, selecting, and downloading emails manually would’ve taken hours. I wished there was a way to pick only the emails from the last few months and download them all at once, neatly organized and backed up.

That’s when I used the DRS Softech Webmail Backup Software, and it saved me. I logged in with my Gmail account, applied the Date Filter, selected only the last 3 months, and chose a format to save them in — PDF / PST / MBOX / CSV / whichever I needed. With one click, the tool extracted everything in bulk, keeping attachments, mail structure, and labels intact. No emails missed, no duplicates, and no manual work.

Here are the Simple steps:

1. Launch DRS Webmail Backup tool on your system.
2. Add your Webmail account (enter login details if the tool supports Webmail login).
3. After loading the mailbox, go to the folder list and select the "Sent" folder only.
4. Use the tool’s Date Filter
5. Set the range to the last 3 months.
6. Choose the output format (EML, PST, MBOX, etc.).
7. Browse and select a destination location.
8. Click Convert / Download / Start to save only the past 3 months of sent emails.
