Exporting emails to Gmail via the Outlook Web App (OWA) requires many steps. However, there isn't a straightforward method for effectively transferring emails across these two systems. On the other hand, you can do this by moving your emails from OWA to your PC and then to Gmail. The whole instruction can be found here:
Sign up using the Outlook Web Application: To access your account, visit the OWA website and input your login information.
To choose the emails you want to export, click Export Emails. You can choose to choose one email, a collection of emails, or the whole folder based on your requirements.
Emails cannot be exported directly from OWA to a PST file; instead, you must use the Outlook desktop program. Check that Outlook is installed, then do these steps.
Turn on the Import feature in Gmail:
To import the emails, go into the Gmail account on the machine where you moved the PST file.
Verify Imported Emails: After the import is complete, make sure that all of your imported emails have been successfully imported by looking through your Gmail folders and inbox.
