You can export Google Workspace to Outlook, which can be accomplished manually or professionally. If you choose to do it manually, you'll need to turn on IMAP in Gmail, set up the account in Outlook, and then sync your emails. This takes a long time, has a technical setup process, transfers only emails (not reliably your contacts, calendars, or attachments), has no bulk export support, can result in possible data loss, and may not be the best solution for larger organizations.

If you migrate to Outlook using the manual method, then you risk different possible issues like:

- If you choose to migrate your data via the manual method, your data from Google Workspace will sync into outlook. If you want to continue using your data from emails in Google Workspace all your data can only be migrated by using a professional tool and cannot be migrated to Outlook 2021, 2019, 2016, 2013 or lower.

Using the MigrateEmails Google Workspace Backup Tool you can also convert your data to export to other file formats such as EML, MSG, MBOX, etc. The tool will back up all of your business data such as Emails, Contacts, Calendars, etc. The tool will even back up all your files simultaneously with the concurrent backup option.
