To import a classic Outlook PST file into the new Outlook 2025, you can follow a manual process using the built-in import feature. Open Outlook 2025 and go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export. Choose Import from another program or file, then select Outlook Data File (.pst). Click Next, browse to the PST file location, and select it. Choose whether to allow duplicates or not, then select the destination folder. Click Finish, and Outlook will begin importing the emails, contacts, and other data.
