- Click on the Menu button in the top left corner, then select File and choose the Import option.
- From the list of options, select Import from Microsoft Outlook and click Next.
- You will be prompted to choose between importing the entire account or specific PST files. Select Import Selected PST data file.

Importing PST Files into eM Client on Mac
For Mac users, direct import of PST files is not supported natively in earlier versions of eM Client. Instead, you can convert the PST file to MBOX format using a third-party tool before importing it into eM Client:- Download and install a Cigati PST Converter Tool that can convert PST files to MBOX format.
- Select Add File or Add Folder to include your PST files.
- Choose MBOX as the target file format for conversion.
- Open eM Client and go to the Menu.
- Click on File, then choose Import, and select MBOX files.
- Follow prompts to complete the import process.
