I can't get it to wipe the unused disk space as the log repo

I have just downloaded Eraser 6 but I can't get it to wipe the unused disk space as the log report says that it does not have permission. Help please.

A few more details. I have windows seven on a brand new computer. I am the only user.
 
I think I have got it to work. Does anyone know how long it takes. It seemed very quick. less than 30 minutes with 171gb free space. Does that seem about right?
 
Yeah, that's reasonable if you disabled cluster tip erasures.
 
Hi guys

New user here.

I am using Vista 32bit and I get the same error, even if I run Eraser as Administrator.

Can anyone give me some things to try?

Exit the one that's already running in the tray before starting the next instance as an administrator.
