If I select the "Unused space on drive" option, will Eraser remove any of my programs or files on that drive? Will I still be able to use my hardrive after "erasing" unused space as I did before?
The "Unused space on drive" option will only destroy the artifacts from previously deleted files. You should be able to use your drive as you did before the free space wipe.
