i'm having problem with the erase unused space

when i run the erase unused space. the status of Eraser showed "Searching..." and it last for more than 2 hours. The Eraser still showed 0% of status although i have run it for more than 2 hours already. What is going on? What is the problem?

Nothing is wrong. When You use Eraser to erase Free space first thing it does is "Search for Cluster Tip Areas to be erased (that is if you have it checked in Edit/Preferences/Erasing) for 1 hour or so. The more program files the more time is needed by Eraser to locate all parts of the Cluster Tip that has to be overwriten.
