I tried erasing unused disc space using version 6.0.6.1376 on my computer running Windows XP using an NTFS file system.
As you can imagine, i lost nearly all my free space.
I've read about looking for a folder with random names in the root of the drive.
I'm not particularly tech savvy, but i assume the root of the drive is the first thing you see when you go to My Computer and double click on the drive (in my case, C.
I see no folder with random names. Where is it?
