No erase methods given after installing 6.0.8

Hello,

new here and hoping not to do or ask something wrong.

After I upgraded to the latest stable release, I had no erase methods given no more, so I cannot delete or do anything.
So i unistalled Eraser completly, deletet the programs folder also the HKCU/Software/Eraser entry.

When I try to run a task Eraser sais

Session: Montag, 29. November 2010 00:00:59
Montag, 29. November 2010 00:00:59 Fatal Erasure method not found: bf8ba267-231a-4085-9bf9-204de65a6641

Running on a Windows XP SP3 System with a Core 2 Duo CPU.

Anything else you need to know?

I don't think so. This looks like the Root Certificates issue, which is covered in the Common Eraser Questions topic on the FAQ. Essentially, the problem is a missing Windows Update, and a link to the download is in this thread.
