I am wondering what is the difference between the portable version and the installed version in terms of the features and functions each will perform. Are both as effective?
They are essentially the same product, just the portable allows you to carry it around on a USB key and use it on any computer with out having to install it.
The only difference (I've never actually used this feature when portable so not sure) is the portable version may not give you the Windows Explorer context menus (right click on file / erase)
