Program headers gone?

Hello all,

Wondering if it's normal/correctable that the headers of all of my programs in Windows XP are gone, coinciding with running Eraser (i.e. it doesn't say Mozilla Firefox at the top of my browser as it had before; it just has the icon). It's very important that I'm able to read them. Can it be fixed, or is the damage permanent?

Well, I was able to fix this--although I wouldn't call it a "fix." Basically I did a restore of windows systems files and the headers returned. I guess I'm fortunate I have that option with my recovery partition..
 
All you needed to do was restart, actually. :)
