Garret,
i purchased notrax, have received confirmation of payment, but have not received update key or whatever i need for full program. i have also been unsuccessful at registering.
 
still cannot get help

Ok, its been 3 or 4 days, can still not get any help or response. I will cancel my payment if this is not resolved by the time i receive my next credit card statement (1st of the month). Order #U7627400.
