Phase 1: Configure Rackspace Account in Outlook- Open the Microsoft Outlook application on your computer.
- Click on File, then select Info followed by Add Account.
- Choose Manual Setup or Additional Server Types and click Next.
- Select either POP3 or IMAP and click Next.
- Enter Details:
- Your Name: Your full name
- Email Address: Your Rackspace email address
- Account Type: Choose either POP3 or IMAP based on your preference.

- Choose Export to a File and click Next.
- Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and press Next.
