R6025 failure to install

I know this question has been raised before but "answer get latest service pack" does not solve problem. Q what is latest service pack for win 95. I have all downloads from microsoft but still get R6205 pure virtual function call error on trying to install. Any ideas please
 
This error is caused by incorrect DLL's on your machine or a registry problem.

Try cleaning the registry and then reinstall the latest service pack.
