rebuilding eraser for another application

as Im looking at this project I have other applications that I can see it would be very beneficial for. is it possible under the licensing of eraser to build upon it and rebrand/resell it? Its not something that I have time for now but in the future I would be interested in using it on some server side admin/noc stuff. can anyone clarify if this is possible?

Eraser is open source under the GNU public license. The source code (in C#) is all downloadable from SourceForge, and can readily be used within the terms of the license.

You could, the GNU GPL doesn't prevent rebranding and reselling. However the source code of the rebranded application must fully accessible by anyone.
