You can repair the Outlook OST file by using the upload folder. Here are steps which you have to perform:-
  • Click right on the OST file folder, and select the Properties option.
  • In the dialog box, hit on the ‘Clear Offline Items’ option.
  • Then, choose OK
  • In the Outlook ribbon, select Send/Receive option
  • Then click on “Update Folder” to save the changes that were made.
