Recycle Bin problem

I'm running Windows Vista & I've accidentally deleted the recycle bin with Eraser from 1 of my User Accounts.

Any way to get it back please?

Are you sure you deleted it or did you Erased it. If you Erased it I am afraid there is no hope.
