Recycle Bin

When I right li k on "Recycle Bin" and then on "Eraser" I get a message that "completed with errors" and the recycle bin is NEVER emptied.

Try right-clicking the task which completed with errors, and select View Task Log. What are the errors it states?

I have the same issue.

The error code reads: Error The file C:\$RECYCLE.BIN\S-1-5-21-2278267518-556797252-2306462599-1000\$RA260AW.lnk could not be erased because the file's permissions prevent access to the file.

Try running Eraser as Administrator (documented in the FAQ) and see if that works.
