right click causes an OS hang when Eraser is installed.

I've got 2 machines, Win 2000 server, and Win XP pro with eraser installed. On both machines using the right click causes a hang, where the mouse turns to the 'thinking' icon but nothing happens and I can't click anything.

I've unstalled eraser and this problem went away. I'm guessing that it is something to do with the right click shell extension, but it didn't help when I disabled this.

Any ideas what is going on here, and is there likely to be a bug fix for this problem,
