in Recuva and Search&Recover (and others?) I find the option Secure Delete
It allows to erase found files
I search for deleted files and may recover these files or "sanitize"
Is sanitize similar to use a program like Eraser?
I apologize, but I am not expert of computer

using the freespace wipe in Eraser is a better option than "sanitising" deleted files via Recuva or similar programmes. It does a similar - but better - operation though it takes longer. Eraser wipes ALL of freespace, Recuva just wipes the spare clusters (which are in freespace) in which the fragments of those deleted files can still be found.
