Scheduler as service

Hey there,

is it possible to have the scheduler as service? We don't want users to log on in order for the scheduler to run. If there are commandprompt options we could put it in the windows scheduler, but haven't been able to figure those out if they exist.

Oh and FYI: I could not register on this forum using firefox under linux.

You can use "eraserl.exe" together with the Windows scheduler. The command line interface is documented in the help file.

I too have experienced problems with the forum when using Firefox and Linux (something about PHP segmentation fault). This seems to happen only if I'm logged in, not always though.

OT: Forum problems

OK, the exact error message I receive after being logged in for a while is "PHP has encountered an Access Violation at [address]". I'm using "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050517 Firefox/1.0.4". I have to restart the browser to access the forum again.
