Security Checking Dos Not Recognize Password

I installed Eraser 5.8 and implemented the security check feature. However, when I when I try to use the program the "Security Checking" window comes up and does not recognize my password.

I have tried uninstalling the program, rebooting and then reinstalling. It remembers to prompt for the password, even though I did not implement the security feature on this install.

What can I do?

I Don't use Eraser 5.8, I use Eraser 5.7 without that feature so I don't know if it works in Eraser 5.8. But when you uninstalled Eraser 5.8 did you delete the leftover file My Computer/drive letter/Program Files/eraser.You should use a HD cleaner like Crap cleaner also you should do a search of the registry for a heidi folder and do a search for any leftover files on the computer then reinstall.
